Regional Manager - premium

 You will be in charge of stores throughout Czechia, therefore field work and travel will be your daily bread. Working with sales teams will be a key aspect to success. Your goal will be to motivate and develop the skills of your teams. The company focuses on providing premium customer service, so we are looking for someone with a strong client orientation.

An important focus will also be working with KPIs, which you will monitor and progress together with your colleagues.

  • Experience in a similar position in the field of premium fashion, cosmetics or fashion accessories is mandatory

  • Fluency in English and Czech

  • High orientation towards achieving goals

  • Driver's license category B, active driver

  • Organizational ability, independence

  • Excellent time-management, ability to react quickly and determine priorities

  • The art of motivating and developing a team
