
Customer Care Specialist with German

We are offering an amazing chance to work from home office anywhere in the Czech Republic on a full or part-time contract. You will be equipped with a PC and trained for the role, therefore relevant experience is a plus but not required.
This position is also ideal for expats, we just need you to speak German fluently and English communicatively.

daily communication with clients via calls, emails, chats etc.
creating a positive impression, helping with client issues and incidents and problem solving
developing customer’s satisfaction
cooperation with other customer care specialists to enhance client’s experience
What we expect from you:
fluent German, communicative English (Czech is not requiered)
great communication skills
computer skills, technical proficiency
enthusiasm
interest in the IT industry

45-60 000,- fixed salary for full time depending of your experience
