Junior Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Person with fluent German. We can offer you a unique opportunity to develop a sales team for the German cluster which currently comprises of 2 employees. Our client is an international world leading online marketplace for the vacation and rental industry.

What you can expect from the role:

  • team leadership and daily motivation

  • setting longterm relationships with clients

  • support and development of the team’s sales activities

  • developing customer’s engagement and satisfaction

  • actively participating on the client acquisition (30% of your time)

  • achieving weekly and monthly sales targets

  • market mapping (following latest trends in vacation industry)

What we expect from you:

  • experience in sales and client acquisition

  • fluent German, communicative English (Czech is not requiered)

  • ability to manage and develop the team

  • great communication skills

  • sales drive and enthusiasm

  • interest in travel industry
